REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS:
*Be aware that price of a class includes a $25 deposit. The deposit is generally non-refundable.
• To receive a full refund, including the $25 deposit, an email request must be submitted within three days of purchase date and must meet the following criteria.
• Withdrawal and refund requests made at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the class are eligible for refund. The Cool School Los Angeles will retain a $25 processing fee per class and refund the balance paid.
• A 50% refund will be granted for withdrawals made between two weeks and 72 hours prior to the first session.
• No refunds or credits will be granted less than 72 hours before the beginning of the session.
• Classes with insufficient enrollment will be canceled. If The Cool School Los Angeles cancels a class, a full refund will be issued automatically.
